Introduction
Thank you for using DC48-100 DC Automatic Load Bank. This machine was design as the function of batteries and DC power supply maintenance. It widely used in broadcasting, communication, electric power electron, scientific research, and so on. The advantage of the product is small volume, light weight, digital display, easy to operate, high intelligence and long life time. After all parameter setting it can be automatic discharge with constant current.
Main Features
1,LED Digital meter display: voltage, current, capacity and time.
2,Keyboard will be used to setting protected voltage, discharge current ,capacity and time.
3,Automatically discharge when TIME OUT, EXCEED CAPACITY, or REACH PROTECTED VOLTAGE.
4,When the following conditions occur the system will alarm and cut off the load automatically: overheat, wrong connect of positive and negative terminals, abnormal disconnect of battery pack.
5,The machine will automatically remember last parameter setting, for the same model of battery pack not necessary reset again.

Main functions
1,Discharge:
(1)Power on the machine, it will automatically go to self-inspection section. If all condition is normally the following discharge interface will be shown.
2,Modify parameters in real time
In working condition, press <Set> to parameter settings interface and modify parameter (the discharging range is weenie, please set all the parameters before using), press <Enter> to be effective when the modified parameters and setting parameters are same.
3,Shutdown
It will give alarm when time out, capacity out or any alarm, press <Enter> to stop alarm. Or press <Stop> by manual. Manual stop alarm appears (please refer protection chapter), press <Enter> to stop, press <Return> to continue discharge.
4,Calibration(Using carefully!)
5,Protection
It will display fault code and the indicator will give alarm when appear threshold appear. The first meter displays the real value. (E.g. it displays voltage value if voltage threshold appear), press <Enter> or <Return> to the main interface.
Voltage high (measurement voltage is higher than 65V.) display Err.2
Voltage low (measurement voltage less than Low voltage protection.) display Err.3
Cable fault (testing cable connection fault) display Err.4
Current high (fault appear or big current) display Err.5
Time out (charge/discharge time is out) display End.6
Exceed capacity (charge/discharge capacity is exceed) display End.7
