Description:
The CIP equipment is uses to clean material pipes and containers at site in strades,such as milk products,juice,
beverage and etc.
A centrifugal pump is used in CIP to convey cleansing liquid into material pipe and equipment to force the
cleansing liquid to circulate to make cleaning without taking apart pipes or equipment.Using the susten,the equipment avall-ability can be imprived and intensity of labor lessened.
CIP cleaning device :
can be used as a non-resolved production equipment as well as the simple operation method full- automatic
cleaning system. It almost has been used in all foodstuff, beverage and pharmacy etc.
CIP cleaning device not only can clean the machine, but also can control the microbiology cleaning method.
CIP cleaning device posses the following merits:
1.Make the production plan rationalize and improve the production ability.
2.comparing with washing in hand, it not only influences the cleaning effect due to different operators, but also

Cleaning procedures:
1. Cleaning 3-5 minutes, at room temperature or above 60 oC hot water; acid liquor cleaning 10-20 minutes,
a solution of 1‰ -2‰, 60 oC -80 oC; intermediate washing 5-10 minutes, water below 60 oC; final washing
3-5 minutes, fresh water.
2. Cleaning 3-5 minutes, at room temperature or above 60 oC hot water; caustic 5-10 minutes, a solution of
1‰ -2‰, 60 oC -80 oC, intermediate washing 5-10 minutes, below 60oC fresh water, sterilized 10 -20 minutes,
above 90 oC hot water.
3. Cleaning flow rate ensure cleaning fluid flow speed, resulting in some mechanical action, namely by increasing the turbulence of the fluid to increase the impact force, and achieve a certain degree of cleaning effect.
