1. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
We have no MOQ limited for the sample order and trail order if the products are not customized,while for normal order,the MOQ will be 50pcs to 100pcs each model.
2. DOES WOTAI SUPPLY SAMPLES OF OUR PRODUCTS?
Yes. Please specify your products of interest and we will arrange shipping.
3. WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR SENDING SAMPLES?
Price varies according to product. Sample and shipping costs are absorbed by our client/importers. As our business relationship grows sample provisions can be adjusted.
4. WHAT IS WOTAI'S STANDARD PRODUCT PACKAGING ?
Our standard production is glossy white plain boxes. Very simple and clean with product lables on outside of box for easy reference.
5.Warranty?
All Products have a 5 year Limited Warranty. The warranty covers products installated properly with normal usage . The original faulty product must be sent back to our factory; this helps our QC department inspect the product, document the needed changes, and help Wotai learn and improve.
6.Does Wotai have an AFTER SALES SERVICE DEPARTMENT?
