High temparature 150c and 230c rubber steam hose 

Application :
 
Mandrel built high pressure steel cord reinforced steam hose designed for saturated steam at a maximum working pressure of 17bar (250psi),used in the chemical industry, petrochemical and industrial applications in general . 
The hose can be used for peaks of superheated steam at 232 °C at 17 Bar.
 
Attention :The use of superheated steam reduces the hose life.
 
Tube :
Smooth black EPDM rubber specially compunded to resist and withstand superheated steam . 
 
Reinforcement: high tensile steel wire braid
Cover: red or black, smooth long lasting wrapped finish in EPDM rubber with excellent resistantce to high temperature, weathering,corrosion and abrasion.
 
Temperature range: -40ºCto +220ºC
 
 Safety Factor :10:1
