A: Our factory address is: Across the ZhongKun Logistics,Jiangbei Road ,Tanbu Town,Huadu District, Guangzhou, China, about 45 minutes away from Baiyun Airport. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
3. Q: How to get the latest price?
A: If you want the latest price, Pls Email /call to us with you like items name together with you details(name, details address, telephone, etc), we will send to you as soon as possible.
4. Q: Does the products have CE/RoHS certificate?
A: Some of our product have Ce/RoHS certificate ,if our customers'request it ,we can make it from our China certificate office.
5. Q: What's the shipping method, shipping time?
A: Our products could be shipped by Sea, by Air, and by Express. Which methods to be used is based on the weight and size of the package, and with consideration of customer's requirements. By sea: 20-40days; By air: 5-10days; By express: 3-6days
6. Q: Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
A: Yes, if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you can let your forwarder ship the products for you. And then you will no need to pay the freight to us.
7. Q: What's the Payment method?
A: Two method: 1. T/T, if account is large enough, 50% deposit before production, the balance before delivery. We suggest you transfer the full price at one time. Because there is bank process fee, it would be a lot of money if you make twice transfer. 2. Western Union
