Introduction and application:
High Precision lab high temperature Vacuum drying Oven is special designed for dry heat sensitive, easy to decompose and oxidative substances. Some compound materials can be quickly dried through charging inert nitrogen. It is suitable for electronic, batteries, metal, plastic, communication, chemical coatings, motorcycle accessories, epoxy resin, cosmetics raw materials deaeration, magnetic material, sport equipment, scientific research units, universities and colleges, industrial and mining enterprises, laboratory, aerospace and other filed.
Features:
1 Adopt stainless steel for inner chamber, cold rolled sheet with powder coated for external chamber.
2 Silicon gel forced tight.
3 Circulation way: Thermal radiation.
4 Air valve and inlet valve use ball valve, high tightness.
5 Vacuum range: 0~-101KPa.
6 Heating way: PID+SSR
7 Temperature coontroller: PID micro computer control
8 Safety device: Over temperature protection, high temperature protection, over current protection.
9 Optional configuration: Recorder.
10 Customization is welcomed and available.
11 Equipped with castors and feet, which helps users to move the test chamber easily.
