This Paper Edge Board Machine can produce L, V or U type paper edge corner, which is widely used for package, like box making, inner liner, etc.
It includes PLC control system, Paper Feeding device, Glue and Laminator, Forming and cutting, Dry Heating System, Auto Laying-off device. Servo tracking technology, cylinder cutting, combination of ball screw and servo motor adopted to make sure the angle and dimension accuracy. Also apply eight sets of cylinders to control the forming and guarantee rotate speed or pressure even, avoiding the liner wrinkling or breakage and changing faster.
