FC-MULTICHAMBER GYPSUM CALCINE SYSTEM in addition to calcined natural gypsum, especially suitable for calcination of high water content of phosphogypsum, gypsum, fluoride gypsum, citrate gypsum and other industrial by-product gypsum.Allow the maximum moisture content of ≤ 25% and raw material size ≤ 6MM.
Energy saving
This system is adopt high temperature hot air and main furnace tail wind preheated high humidity raw materials, which can reduced 10% moisture content of the raw material and the material temperature reaches 60 ºC ~ 90 ºC. At the same time the system used a highly efficient coal-fired furnace--High temperature boiling furnace, which can make sure the coal burning rate of more than 98%. The main calciner uses high-temperature heat pipe heat transfer technology and high-temperature airflow mixing fluidization of two kinds of heat transfer mass transfer mode on the powder, which can get on efficient heat transfer. Therefore, the FC-chamber fluidized gypsum calcination system will saving energy, thermal efficiency of more than 90%, fuel costs are very economical. Also, we can use other heat sources such as steam or oil and gas.
Excellent product quality
FC-MULTICHAMBER GYPSUM CALCINE SYSTEM is a typical two-step calcination process, which solves the effect of free water fluctuation on the quality of raw materials. At the same time, the process of calcination is a low-temperature slow-firing technology, combined with fluidized equipment technology, product calcination uniform, product quality significantly improved compared to other processes.
When we use the FC calciner calcined building plaster, because of calcination time is relatively longer, the product discharge temperature is relatively lower, hence the Semi-gypsum ratio is relatively higher. Then, the furnace pressure is higher hence we can get better gypsum crystal.
Environmental protection
