FHJ series Container Mixer
This series of container mixer adopts movable container design, can be applied for the mixing of various kinds of powder and granular materials.After the container filled with raw materials is pushed to the work station, it will be pneumatically lifted&securely connected with the stirring head by the automatic controlling system.The stirring head will tilt together with the container at the same time.The materials inside the container will rotate in geometrical shape, during which process, the centrifugal movement is generated, thus optimal mixing result will be achieved.The container then returnsto initial work station automatically, after mixing process is completed.The whole mixing process is controlled by PLC, with homogeneously mixing effect, high production efficiencyand no solidified particles.
