Answer: Yes, marine airbags are widely used for ship launching/ docking/ lifting/ moving and salvage etc.now.

A.Saving the investment of shipyard construction
The construction of launching facilities, like traditional slideway and its underwater engineering, are very
expensive.If using airbag launch, only a simple launching slip way shall be built without complex underwater
engineering.
B.Simple operation,saving labor and work hours
Airbag launch avoids lots of trouble, such as the complex process of cleaning away the mucky soil on the
surface of the slideway, covering or smearing with lubricating grease, setting slide plates and fixing the hull.Usually the preparation for airbag launch maybe finished

Air bag diameter, D, is the air bag cylinder body's outside diameter, when the air bag is air-charged and free of compression.
Our company supplies five diameters for customer's selection: 1.0m, 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 2.0m,2.5m.
We would like to offer special size air bags as request.
2. Available length, L
Available length is a air bag cylinder length when the air bag is charged. The available length
is directly relevant to the operation requirements, so L is a main order data. The maximum
available length of our air bag is 24m. The minimum available length should be three times of
the air bag diameter. The maximum length between the air bag two ends, Loa, is a reference data.
3. Rated working pressure, P
The required maximum working pressure should be provided by customer.The rated working pressure, P,
specified in our specification, is the air bag's largest safe working pressure. The maximum pneumatic
pressure should not exceed no matter the air bag is compressed or in free condition.
Packing mode:
1. Nude packing
2. Packed in weaving bags
3. Packed in wooden cases
4. Packed in 20GP 40 GP 40 HQ or open top containers
