How to use it ?
(1) should be fastened with a chuck, the outer diameter of the two chuck size must be equal.(2) the gap between the wheel hole and the flange to be uniform
(3) When tightening the grinding wheel, only tighten the nut with a special hand nut wrench
(4) The outer diameter of 125 mm and above the wheel, installed after the chuck should be static balance, and then installed on the grinding machine to repair round, trimmed again after the balance, qualified before use.
(5) Before installation, the flange hole and the spindle should be wiped clean.
(6) The new grinding wheel after the first installation in the grinding machine spindle, you must have a protective case of idling, idling time of not less than 5 minutes.
(7) Absolutely not allowed to exceed the grinding wheel under the conditions of the grinding speed.
(8) before the wheel stops turning the coolant should be closed, the wheel to rotate for 5 minutes, so that grinding fluid rejection to do.
