The Steel Pipe Shot Blasting Machine is mainly composed by removable sub-cabinet, left & right internal wall hydraulic removable blasting wheel, belt abrasive conveying system, bottom screw conveyor, elevator, maintenance platform, separator, dust collecting system, internal wall blast wheel running system, steel pipe loading and unloading system, hydraulic system and electric control system, etc.

We designed the loading&unloading system into an inclined guide rail type, and hydraulic reversal system on the top of work piece, can realize automatic loading work piece on both sides. After load the work piece into the operation position, and can move in the sub-cabinet by pneumatic cylinder, and at the moment can start the dust collecting system, abrasive recycling system and removable internal wall hydraulic blast wheel to blast cleaning the internal wall of the steel pipe after sealed both ends of the steel pipe. The big ventilation dust collecting system, not only can collect the dust and at the same time can realize to pneumaticly transport and recycle the abrasive. After blast cleaning the work piece, turn off the abrasive feeding valve and blast wheel, the blast wheel system completely retreat from the steel pipe, and the front and rear sub-cabinet remove outwards, by this time unload the steel pipe through tube drawing institution from the operation position, and the steel pipe can automaticly rolin the unloading system. We also design an abrasive sweeping station at the unloading roller area, which suck the left abrasive through vacuum abrasive absorption machine and send the abrasive into the recycling system.
