Series 500 is large frame hose reel and is heavy duty carbon steel reel with powder coat finish. The reel is powered via pitch chain and sprockets. Usually butt 1 inch diameter hose length ranging from ten meters or tens of meters up to hundreds of meters away. To ensure the quality of the normal function of the reel, and life, must be regular maintenance. Because the roll drive part is installed in the open or half open space use, inevitably affected by dust and water vapor erosion, so it requires that we regularly float ash on the surface of cable reel or hose, and the possibility of contamination, the oil for polishing the mop, keep the surface clean and dry.
