Abrasion resistant water based durable system designed for superior anti-static protection of interior concrete floors
By ACL Staticide is a one component abrasion resistant water based durable system designed for superior anti-static protection of interior concrete floors in electronics manufacturing, assembly and ESD protected areas. Surface resistivity measures 106 - 108 ohms per square average. It is an economical alternative to ESD tile that will save in material and labor costs. It is trouble free to install and maintain, and with its rich viscosity, it offers even distribution of conductive material and supreme coverage and a nice looking sheen. It is formulated with the finest high tech materals for consistent static protection.

NOTE |
1. Mix base and hardener according to mixing ratio and stir thoroughly then use completely in five minutes. 2. Adhered moisture, grease, dirt, rusts and corrosive salts on substrate must be cleaned thoroughly. 3. Avoid applying the paint in rainy weather or humidity above 85% RH, particularly a wet surface must be thoroughly dried. 4. All equipments must be cleaned immediately after use. 5. When directly apply on the surface of cement products, the surface must be completely dried. 6. When overcoating interval is exceeded, the paint film must be roughened to insure adhesion. |
