Three Phase Multi-Function PLC Electronic Static Meter

This kind of meter adopts large-scale IC circuit, RS485 communication ports with isolation, infrared communication port, LCD display with large screen and wide temperature scope, real-time clock chip, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and advanced SMT electronic components assembling technique. Measurement Function:

Time-Of-Use Measurement

1. Display and read instantaneous total energy of positive-active, reversal-avtive, positve-reactive, reversal-reactive and 4-quadrant reactive. TOU measurment for various total energy at maximum 8 tariffs.

2. Read total energy of positive-active and reversal-active for the current and previous 12 months. TOU measurment for various total energy at maximum 8 tariffs.

3. Display total energy and various tariffs energy of positive-active, reversal-avtive, positve-reactive, reversal-reactive and 4-quadrant reactive for current month, last month and month before last month.

4. Display and read the time of instantaneous freezing and zero-hour freezing and the total energy energy and various tariffs energy of positive-active, reversal-avtive, positve-reactive and reversal-reactive when freezing occurs.

Time-Of-Use measurement of Maximum Demand

Display and read the total maximum demand and various tariffs maximum demands and their occurrence dates and times of positive-active and reversal-avtive for current month, last month and month before last month.
Display and read the total maximum demand and the occurrence date and time of positive-reactive, reversal-reavtive and the 4-quadrant reactive for current month, last month and month before last month.

Balance Power Alarm

1. Two programmable alarm levels: Balance power alarm and balance power emergency alarm.
NMeter Event Recording
2. Detection and recording of cover opening, timing recording, programming event recording, maximum demand recording, time zone modifying recording, power purchasing recording, alarm recording and emergency alarm recording.

Power Grid Event Recording
Voltage loss recording, current loss recording, voltage failure recording, phase failure recording, unbalanced voltage recording and unbalanced current recording.

Power Freezing

Monthly freezing, daily freezing, hourly freezing and instantaneous freezing

Load control Function

Overload disconnection control, programmable threshold of load and maximum overload disconnection times.

Security Management Function

All programmes(excepts communication address, baud rate, timing broadcast or freezing) can only proceeded under the permission status. Builds with a three-level password protection and automatic wrong password lock-down mechanism.
