Mechanical capacity:
  1. The cutting head will slow down automatically before it contacts the cutting knife 10 mm. And there is no size error between the top and bottom layers when it cuts multilayer materials.
  2. The precise cutting balancedness can greatly reduce the loss of knife mould and the nylon plate, and has a better effect on the cutting edge.
  3. Oil tank type double oil cylinder automatic balance mechanism makes that the accuracy of the cutting depth of each cutting position is 0.02mm.
  4. The special mould setting mechanism in conjunction with die cutter and cutting depth makes the travel adjustment simple and accurate .
  5. It adopts human-machine interface and Mitsubishi PLC programmable logic control. The double-sided rocker type automatic feeding mechanism is provided with the function of fault information display so as to facilitate the maintenance of the machine. The double-sided rocker type automatic feeding mechanism enhances working efficiency by 80%.
  6. It adopts the hydraulic control system, which can guarantee the die cutting speed and accuracy of the machine. All movable connecting parts are equipped with the central oil supply automatic lubricating device, which reduces the abrasion to the minimum extent. The central automatic lubricating system ensures machine precision and prolongs service life of the machine.
  7. The machine is equipped with the safety protective cover, which makes the operation safer.
  8. Frequency conversion control of feeding, receiving which makes the registration accuracy controls in the plus or minus 0.2 mm.
