Can you provide the free sample before I placed the order to you ? For stock samples to check the quality , yes , we could provide 1pcs free of charge but with freight collect . However , for customized design , we have to charge you for sample cost |

Can you accep customized design , and How about sample cost ? Yes , we do welcome customized design . Sample cost always depends on construction , printing design and quality , we could discuss seperately if you have detailed inquiry . |

What kind of shipping terms would you accept ? Generally speaking , for small orders which might only be one or less than one carton , we would suggest customer to ship via DHL , FEDEX , UPS , TNT or other international express . For big orders , we could ship by sea , by air , or by sea-air , which we follow customer's instruction . FOB SHANGHAI , NINGBO OR SHENZHEN are all OK to us . |

How long for sampling and production ? Usually it will take us around 7-10 days for sampling and 35-45 days for production . By the way , Sampling & production leadtime also depends on style and quantity . |

Could you provide certification of original ( C/O ) or Form A ? Yes , no problem to provide C/O or FORM A . |

How can I be sure of your quality and service if we arrange the deposit ? A : First of all , you could come to our factory any time you want if possible . If not , you could also appoint a third party inspection during every process of production . B: Secondly , we would send you detailed production schedule if necessary . We will update the schedule every ten days for your reference . C : we have our own QC team , they will keep close eye on each process . Moreover , production photos and video would be sent to you now and then if you need . D: Counter sample &PP sample would be sent to you as early as posisble to guarantee that we do follow your instruction correctly . |
