Series of dredging pump,which is designed and researched by one new type dredging pump, making full use of advanced CAD software,aiming to river,lake and sea situation,they haven not been repaired for many years and now they are in great need to dresge and fill hydraulically.This series of dredging pump has characteristic features:easy installation, long-life service, high efficiency, reliable bearing lining and good economical efficiency and so on. This type of pump can meet dredging ship requirements completely and each set of dredging pump has passed the inspection issued by CCS. 

Up to now,it has supplied hundreds of such dredging pumps to match different kinds of dredging ships,for example 80m3/h, 100m3/h, 120m3/h , 200m3/h cutter suction dredger,350m3/h bucket dredger and cutter suction dredger and so on.It has made great contribution to dredging,digging mud and filling harbor hydraulically for over the country such as Yangtse Basin, the Yellow Rive Basin, Zujiang Delta, Huaihe Basin and harbors. 

The structure of 200AWN-500AWN type pumps are single-casing, single-stage, single-suction, cantilever and horizontal. According to the connection with the gear box, two structures can be offered: self-carrying bracket and pump-box assembly. The lubrication for the bracket is grease or thin oil. 
The structure of 600AWN-1000AWN type pumps are double-casing, single-stage, single suction, cantilever and horizontal. It has self-carrying bracket. Lubrication is forced thin oil lubricating. The double-casing design can ensure the liner can work till it is worn out, and if the liner crack, water can not enter into the pump.
