SN-MBR-Z are made by PVDF fibers enforced with support layer ,which is a kind of high strength composite PVDF hollow fibers which are prepared by the adding of fiber weaving tube and coating of PVDF solution.SN-MBR-Z have excellent performances of higher flux,chemical withstanding, good anti-pollution and have optimum flow channel , especially very good tensile strength is better than 400N . It very rarely happens that the PVDF fibers enforced with support layer are broken.Through well-balance fiber distribution, and optimum engineering rack design for integration of air and hydraulic piping system, SN-MBR-Z benefits to low energy consumption, minimization of installation and maintenance. SN-MBR-Z are used to intermittent vacuum suction to draw water from outside to in, in view of stable operation and sludge build-up on fiber, regular backwash and chemical intervened have to be carried out for fouling removal.SN-MBR-Z have been used in wastewater treatment,middle water reusing,water desalination,etc.
