Solid Liquid Separation Wastewater Slurry Filter Press
Parameter:
1. Hydraulic Control Station Of Hydraulic Filter Press:
The electrical contract pressure gauge is available to automatically maintain pressure.
2. Filter Cloth :
The slurry is sent to every sealed filter chamber by the feeding pump with pressure, going into filter plates and filter cloths. The clean water will be filtered out from the filter plate water outlet by the filter cloth, but the solid is kept in the chambers, to separate solid and liquid.
3. Plate shifting way: manual or automatic, according customer requirements.
Usages:
Pollution treatment: Stone wastewater, dyeing wastewater,leather wastewater, printing
Ceramics class: kaolin, superfine glass powder, fire-proof material, silica sand, spray soil grain, mud, abrasive resistance and meters brick materials, artificial black lead, hydrated lime, mica, aluminum oxide, calcium carbonate.
Food: sugar, salt, alkali, monosodium glutamate, soya-bean milk, yeast, glucose powder, wheat starch, wheat flour, rice flour, skimmed milk powder, fruit juice, dehydrated vegetables, coarse sugar, pineapple juice, corn starch.
Metallurgical mining: Coal Washing, lead powder, zinc powder oxygen, the diamond powder, aluminum and iron powder.
working principle:
1. Working by oil tank. the piston rod will push the movable seat, pressing filter plates to form sealed chambers. It could prevent the slurry from spurting and leakage when sending the slurry with pressure.
2. The slurry is sent to every sealed filter chamber by the feeding pump with pressure, going into filter plates and filter cloths. The clean water will be filtered out from the filter plate water outlet by the filter cloth, but the solid is kept in the chambers, to separate solid and liquid.
