Polyester fiber acoustic panel is made of 100%polyester fiber. We use heat treatment method to realize diversified density and sound ventilation. Its texture is even, solid, eastic, tough, impact resistant, tear resistant, uneasy to be scratched, and large in size(9×1220×2440mm).It can absorb sound and preserve heat.
The sound-absorbing property of polyester fiber sound-absorbing board is similar to that of other cellular materials. The sound absorption coefficient increases of the board increases with its frequency. High frequency often comes with big sound absorption coefficient. The cavity at the back and the space sound-absorbing body can significantly increase the sound-absorbing property of the material. The noise reduction coefficient is about 0.8~1.10, which means efficient sound-absorbing body with broad band.
Polyester fiber sound-absorbing board has more than 36 colors and is suitable for splicing into various pictures. The surface is shaped in plane, square (Mosaic shape), and broad and thin strips. The panel can be bended into curved surface, which may keep indoor shape design more flexible, variable and effective. You may also photocopy artistic pictures on polyester fiber sound-absorbing panel via a computer.
The polyester fiber soundproof panel is more safety, due to its excellent mechanical property and light weight. The material, not like such fragile materials as perforated plasterboard and fiber cement pressure plate, will not produce debris or fragments which may cause a danger of falling.
Applications:
It is widely used for floors, walls and ceilings in many areas such as music halls, theaters, recording studios, television studios, conference rooms, gymnasiums, exhibition halls, hotels, home theaters,disco, KTV, rehearsal rooms.

Installation
Installation guide:
1.Before installation ,pls select the color first because there is a little color difference with different production lots.
2.Use steel ruler or alloy steel ruler to cut the board so that the cutting line will be straight.Slop the blade inside by 0.5-1mm when cutting so that it can joint the board easily and reduce the gap between pieces.Do not use the wood or soft material as the ruler to cut the board.
3.Disposal of the baseboard:
a.)Baseboard without holes:use glue paper to cover the joint gap
b.)Baseboard with holes:use the thin plastic film to close the holes
The substrate surface should be smooth. If you need to do cavity installation, the substrate may be perforated or using wood . To enhance sound-absorbing effect, the cavity can also be filled with sound-absorbing cotton.
Special note: When the substrate is gypsum board, cement board, block board or calcium silicate board, the substrate joint must be sealed with cloth and joint sealant to avoid air leakage.
4.Choosing of the glue:
a.)Concrete or wood base:we can use non-benzene all -purpose adhesive or white latex
b.)Gypsum board base :in dry area,we can use the white latex or wall paper glue which is made of fabric;in damp area,we can use all-purpose adhesive.(use the grain nail to fasten the board so that it will not move when the glue is wet)
5.Installation:
Polyester acoustic panel which is open cell structure can absorb the glue easily, spread the glue (single surface spread)only on the wall (pls spread more than usual).Use the grain nail to fasten the board.
6.Disposal of angle
Polyester acoustic panel can be cut with angle easily.
