Overview: drilling tool stabilizers are important tools used to prevent vertical well from tilting or directional well, cluster well and horizontal well from maintaining the same angle. It is able to prolong the servicing life of the bit, increase its drilling speed and improve the wellbore quality. Drilling tool stabilizer, integral straight-edge stabilizer and three-wheel stabilizer. Structural features: there are two types of drilling tool stabilizers: the drill-stem type and the well-bottom type, which are all manufactured of superior alloy steel forgings with advanced technologies. The operating surface of the stabilizer is inlaid with carbide column and its hardness is no less than HRA85. So it boats advantages of its simple structure, superior bending resistance, pressure resistance and small rotational resistance. This product is designed and manufactured in accordance with the petroleum and natural gas industry standard of People's Republic of China Drilling Tool Stabilizers (SY/T 5051-2009) and API7-1 standard.

-Material: AISI 4145H MOD or Non-magnetic steel
-OD: 6'~28'(inch)
-Length: max 9m
-Standard: API SPEC 7-1( or as your requested technical requirement)
-Process: EAF+LF/VD+(ESR)+Forged+Heat treatment+Rough machining
-Surface finishing: Black, Peel, Turned, Polished
-Delivery condition: Hot forged, Heat treatment(Q+T), Rough machining
-Hardfacing: HF3000 Tungsten carbide brick
-Blade: normal 3~4 blades
-Thread: all threads are phosphated, copperized and cold work.( in accordance with API spec 7-1 latest edition)
The heavy forging: forged ring, shaft, stabilizer, drill rod,roller, flange, or gear is widely used for various industries
