Lignin from alkaline paper-making black liquor through concentration, filtration and spray drying, which belongs to construction raw materials. It can be used as water reducer in concrete, the water reducing rate is 8-9%. And it also can be used as retarder, early strength agent, air entraining agent, pumping aid agent and so on. If you want to used in cement, also can be cement grinding agent.
Lignins also for a range of other technical applications. These include soil stabilisation, dust suppression, ceramics, carbon black manufacture, dyestuffs, wettable powders (eg: pesticides / fungicides for agriculture), chelation of micro-nutrients for fertilisers, water reduction in plasterboard manufacture, pellet binding, and oilwell drilling muds.
