Application
Low alloy steel welding electrode AWS E8015-G mainly used in welding of medium carbon steel structures and low alloy steel structures.


Instruction
1. The oil stains and rust on the welding should be cleared away.
2. Pls use stainless steel brush cleaning bead to avoid iron mied affacting weld quality.
3. Pls Dry 60 minutes at 300-350º C before welding.
4. Take out a small quantity into 100-150º C drying cylinder, when operation.
5. Do not carry electrode over half-day using quantities.
6. When swing the electrode, swing width should be within 2.5 times of the electrode diameter.
7. Try to keep short arc and low current, in order to reduce creazing and improve toughness.
