Step 3: Remove the trays from the water after about a minute and test for flexibility. Holding by the handle, insert the mouth trays into your mouth. At this stage you should bite lightly on the tray and loosen it off once without removing it.

Step 4: Place a small bead of gel in the top and bottom parts of the mouth tray and place in mouth, resting lips on the enhance lip supports.

Step 5: Turn on LED accelerator light and place over exposed mouth tray, leave in place for 20-30 minutes.

Step 6: Romove and rinse your tray, so easy!
