IV. FORMATION OF LIQUID NITROGEN

Liquid nitrogen system -- including liquid nitrogen tank, pressurization system, insulated pipe, control valve, nozzle, distributor;
Electromagnetic valve -- ASCO (USA brand) super-low temperature magnetic valve will be applied which can be started normally at -60ºC;
Spray nozzle -- the nozzle has hundreds of micro hole, which can make liquid nitrogen gasifying. The gasified nitrogen which comes out from nozzle will not be sprayed directly to freezing product but circulate in the cabinet, which can make the atmosphere even in the cabinet.
High efficient and low noise axial fan which is specially used for freezing will be applied, the distance of return air is short and freezing speed is quick, the efficiency is 85% higher than common freezing method;
Unique design of air field can make the wind speed and temperature in freezing area more even and stable, the resistance of wind duct against airflow decrease, which can drop the power of air fan and decrease the consumption of refrigerant.

V. CONTROL SYSTEM

Touch screen and PLC are used for the control system, touch screen or computer is host control system and PLC is slave control system, through which can make operation and input freezing process more convenient. The change of temperature in freezing cabinet can be constantly monitored, and the running process can be observed as well by setting curve to compare with running curve.
Alarm system is equipped and it alarms when the cabinet door is not closed well.
There are two functions which are manual one and automatic one, both of them can be reflected by touch screen which is easy to operate and reliable to use.
Operation system -- all is marked by English, you can input freezing process at first, then it doesn't need people to operate, the system will automatically drop the temperature, keep the temperature and open the cabinet according to processing curve.
Control gauge -- touch screen + PLC + control method of gauge.
